After our Tuesday meeting we discussed app ideas in terms technical feasibility and market potential to get a shortlist of the apps we think are the best options. Each idea below is (or will soon be) linked to the forum topic to further discuss so we can make decisions on Friday:
The names next to each is to identify the person responsible for posting a note about that app (if it's not already there)
Idea Techinical Feasibility
(scale 1-5, one being easy, five difficult)
Market Potential
(priority: 1 being most marketable, 10 being least marketable)
Short list of apps expansion on the concept Notes

Evaluation Criteria
Here's the outline we used for evaluation:
*Technical feasibility*
This app can actually be made and maintained with the resources we have.
*Market potential*
-Who is this app for? What problem does it solve, or does it add entertainment value? Does the market exist and is it large enough?
-Will these people pay money for this app? We have the charity factor in our favour.
-Competition? Are there similar apps? Even if yes there might be an opportunity for improvement over similar ideas. The best app usually wins in the end (think Tweetie).
-I think the $1.99 price tag is good considering the charitable nature, if we ended up with something really simple $0.99 may be more fitting, we'll see based on the ideas
